Free “Ask the Lawyer” Community Seminars 2010-2011
Back by popular demand is the Genesee County Bar Association’s “Ask The Lawyer” free legal advice seminars. More than 200 area residents attended the winter/spring seminars and topics were gathered from attendee suggestions.
Each seminar is held at the Flint Public Library, 1026 E. Kearsley St., Flint, MI, from 6-7:30 p.m. The schedule is as follows:

Jan. 13 Taxes, Identify & Addressing Tax Issues in Multiple Legal Contexts

Judicial Candidate forum 68th District Court
On Wednesday, October 13, 2010, The Genesee County Bar Association, in collaboration with the League of Women Voters of the Flint Area and the Mallory Van Dyne Scott Bar Association, is hosting a Judicial Candidate forum for those seeking election to the 68th District Court bench. The forum will be held at the Flint Public Library - Main Branch, 1026 E. Kearsley St., Flint, Michigan 48502, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
