'Social Media from a Regulatory Standpoint'

 Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC conducted a Before the Bell Breakfast Forum exploring the topic of “Social Media from a Regulatory Standpoint” on Thursday, March 17, at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.  

Taking part in the program were (left to right) Linda Bomberski, Julia Oody, Linda Christie, Sheryl Kotlarz, James Mason, Kathy Ossian with Miller Canfield, Steve Grieser, Mike Coakley with Miller Canfield, and Michael Kratchman.  

“We’re going to discuss social media from a regulatory standpoint and why financial investment firms need to be concerned about using social media and what types of policies and procedures they should be developing in addressing issues involving social media,” said Ossian.
