The Criminal Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association continued its Anatomy of a Criminal Case—Year XII brown bag lunch lecture series on Tuesday, April 12, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Providing a look at “Alternative Sentencing and Adult Treatment Court” were Oakland County Community Corrections’ (left to right) Dana O’Neal, supervisor of pre-trial supervision program, and Eric Schmidt, supervisor of pre-trial services.
“We are going to be discussing today our division of Community Corrections and all the sentencing alternatives and programming that’s available for individuals charged with various crimes,” said Schmidt.
