Miller Canfield Lawyer, Scott Eldridge, chosen as ''Favorite Lawyer''

Scott R. Eldridge, an associate in the Lansing office of the law firm of Miller Canfield, was chosen as "Favorite Lawyer" in Lansing in the Lansing Community Newspapers' 2011 People's Choice Awards. Annually, thousands of Lansing-area residents vote on "the Best of the Best" of their community.
At Miller Canfield, Eldridge focuses his practice on employment litigation defense and compliance matters involving discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower claims, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act (USERRA), Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act (GINA), and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). He also has significant general litigation experience involving state and federal election law and state and federal debt collection law.
A resident of East Lansing, Michigan, he received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. from Alma College.
