'What Have You Done To Me Lately?' FBA asks in bankruptcy panel
The Federal Bar Association - Eastern District of Michigan Chapter (FBA) will host a dinner and panel presentation titled "What Have You Done To Me Lately: Stern v. Marshall & Bankruptcy Court Jurisdiction" on Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the offices of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer, & Weiss PC in Southfield.
The panel presentation will feature U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Thomas J. Tucker, Eastern District of Michigan; University of Michigan Law School Professor John A.E. Pottow; Michael S. Leib of Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth, & Heller PC; and Judith Greenstone Miller of Jaffe Raitt.
The panel is presented by the FBA Bankruptcy Committee and the Debtor/Creditors Rights Committee of the State Bar of Michigan. The cost to attend is $10.
