The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association presented an "Appraisal Roundtable and Underwriting with the UAD" on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Walsh College in Novi.
Taking part in the program were (left to right) Jim Baumberger with Synergy Appraisal Services, Allison Meyers with John Adams Mortgage Co., John Meyer with John Meyer Appraisal Co., Alice Alvey with Mortgage U Inc., Suzanne Carr with Capitol National Bank, and Beth Graham (not pictured).
"We've assembled a panel of appraisers from around Michigan to talk about appraisal issues in today's market," said Alvey.
"We're also going to talk about the Uniform Appraisal Dataset that's recently been implemented by Fannie (Mae) and Freddie (Mac)."
