Several Butzel Long attorneys were featured presenters during the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) Commercial Trends and Legal Strategy v.2011 program and webinar on Thursday, Oct. 27, at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy.
OESA and Butzel Long partnered to develop the "Comparative Analysis," which compares terms and conditions of BMW, Chrysler, Daimler, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundi, Kia, Nissan, Toyota and VW as well as the "OESA Model Terms and Condition."
The Comparative Analysis was created in 2008, and updated in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
"Our objective was to provide timely information focused on commercial relationships and supply chain issues as well as key legal topics," said Sheldon Klein.
