The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel conducted its Winter Meeting on Friday, Nov. 4, at the Hotel Baronette in Novi.
The topic of this year's meeting was "Think you know everything about settlement? Think again."

Topics covered at the meeting included discussions on case evaluation, facilitation, structured settlements, exceeding expectations, and a view from the bench.
