Resnick &Moss PC continues to give back to community

Resnick & Moss PC, a six person attorney firm in Bloomfield Hills, continually works to give back to the community. Throughout November and December, the firm has been very active.
In November, one of its attorneys, Brian Rookard, presented a seminar to a group of women from HAVEN, the domestic violence shelter in Pontiac, to help them with their legal questions pertaining to finance and bankruptcy.
In December, Resnick & Moss decided to sponsor seven foster care children from Oakland County Department of Human Services. Members of the firm worked together to ensure that these seven children would have great gifts this holiday season. Firm staff members filled the foster kids' requests which ranged from clothing, to Dora toys, to Legos.
The firm also gathered and donated non-perishable foods for the Solid Ground shelter located in Roseville. This shelter helps homeless families, the elderly and the disabled. This shelter has a tremendous need as they are striving to expand in order to help more people. Resnick & Moss was glad to help as it seems that the need in this area continues to grow.
"Even though we are not a huge firm, we still believe we can make a difference. When we work together, we are able to help people in need right in our own communities. We will continue to give and provide help throughout 2012," said H. Nathan Resnick, founder and owner.
Resnick & Moss PC is located at 40900 Woodward Ave., Suite 111 in Bloomfield Hills.
