Minority representation on juries report online

In March 2010, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan created the Ad Hoc Jury Committee. The primary goal of the committee is to seek and implement solutions that will increase minority representation in the court's jury pools.
Jury Consultant Paula Hannaford-Agor of the National Center of State Courts was hired to assist the committee in reaching its goal.
The executive summaries of the jury consultant's final report and the committee's report the bench are now available for download on the court's website at www.mied.uscourts.gov.
For copies of the complete reports, contact the Court Administrator's Office at 313-234-5051. The complete report may be delivered in electronic format upon request.
