Patterson to present Triennial Budget at special board meeting

The Oakland County Board of Commissioners' announces a special evening meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 18, beginning at 7 p.m. This special evening meeting will be held in the Oakland County Board of Commissioners' Auditorium, located at 1200 North Telegraph Road in Pontiac.
Oakland County residents will have the opportunity to hear the 2013/2015 Oakland County Budget Recommendations from Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson at this formal meeting.
"We are looking forward to working closely with the County Executive and his staff to finalize another three-year balanced budget for the county," stated Oakland County Board of Commissioners' Chairman Michael J. Gingell. "We will continue to be fiscally responsible, we will take the appropriate steps to maintain the county's AAA bond rating and we will fund the necessary items that make Oakland County a great place to locate a business, live, work and raise a family."
The meeting will be webcasted and recorded by Trenton, Michigan based company SoundQue, The public will be able to view the "live" webcast at www.oakgov/boc and will also be able to view future webcasts of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners' committees and board meetings.
