The following individuals are recipients of 2012 State Bar of Michigan Awards, which will be presented at a banquet on Sept. 19 at this year's Annual Meeting in Grand Rapids.
2012 State Bar of Michigan Award Recipients:

* Frank J. Kelley Distinguished Public Service Award: John M. Barr and Hon. Willie G. Lipscomb Jr.
* John W. Reed Michigan Lawyer Legacy Award: Professor Robert A. Sedler
* Champion of Justice Award: Kathleen L. Bogas, Hon. Karen M. Fort Hood, Frederick W. Lauck, L. Roland Roegge and Thomas K. Thornburg
* John W. Cummiskey Pro Bono Award: Ann M. Ozog
* Kimberly M. Cahill Bar Leadership Award: OCBA Pro Bono Mentor Match Program
* Liberty Bell Award: Sergeant Major David Dunckel
The following individuals are recipients of State Bar Representative Assembly Awards, which will be presented at the Assembly's Sept. 20 meeting in Grand Rapids.
