Compliance seminar conducted by MMLA

The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) Education Committee will offer its Annual Compliance Seminar with OFIR and CFPB on Tuesday, Sept. 18, from 8 a.m. to noon at Walsh College in Novi.
Kirt Gundry and the examination team from the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation will provide the latest update on audit findings and best practices to survive an OFIR audit. The seminar will also feature Rose Thomas Pickrum, acting regional director, CFPB, Midwest Region.
Cost for the seminar is $99 for MMLA members and $139 non-MMLA members. Reservations made and not canceled 5 days prior to all events are not refundable.
