Firm, companies host annual Local Food Fair

Trott & Trott PC, NDeX Michigan, Attorneys Title Agency (ATA), and REDICO Management Inc. announced that they have partnered to host the fourth annual Local Food Fair. The event will take place on Friday, Oct. 19, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Trott Financial Center in Farmington Hills, Mich. Trott & Trott Title Specialist and Environmental Committee member Kendra Komp made the announcement.
The event will feature 16 local merchants, including farmers, grocers and retailers, who will educate Trott, NDeX and ATA employees on the benefits of buying local and regional goods, while also providing them with the opportunity to sample and purchase Michigan products. To further embrace the environmentally-friendly theme, customers will also be provided with recyclable shopping bags decorated by the children at Bright Horizons, a community childcare facility with a location in the Trott Financial Center.
"We are excited to be adding more vendors to this year's event to give our employees a variety of options for buying products produced right in our backyard," Komp said. "Over the course of the last four years, we've made a concerted effort to become a more sustainable workplace through our environmental campaigns, and we continue to do so. The food fair further promotes that message by offering another venue in which we can show our commitment to the environment, and offer solutions to be more green."
The Local Food Fair is an extension of the ongoing environmental initiatives of Trott and NDeX, which includes annual Earth Day Celebrations and year-round recycling campaigns.
