On Wednesday, Oct. 31, Thomas M. Cooley Law School formally marked the opening of its new Tampa Bay campus with a dedication ceremony and ribbon cutting.
More than 250 people attended the event at 9445 Camden Field Parkway.
Gathering to cut the ribbon were speakers and attendees (left to right) Al Higginbotham, Hillsborough County Commissioner; Haile Spratt, Tampa Bay Student Bar Association president; Sharon Hanlon, attorney Zelman & Hanlon P.A. and Cooley Board member; Thomas E. Brennan, Cooley founder and president emeritus; Emiliano Jose Salcines; Jeff Martlew, associate dean of the Cooley Tampa Bay campus; Don LeDuc, Cooley president and dean; Gwynne Young, president of the Florida State Bar; and Robert Nader, president of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
