Marlinga to address PALS at general meeting

The Polish American Legal Society (PALS) is conducting its first General Meeting of 2013 on Wednesday, Jan. 23, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Polish Village Cafe, 2990 Yemans Avenue in Hamtramck.
The featured speaker will be Macomb County Probate Court Judge Carl J. Marlinga.
