Prominent Michigan accident attorney Joumana Kayrouz named "Top Lawyer" by DBusiness Magazine

Prominent Michigan accident attorney Joumana Kayrouz was named as one of the Top Lawyers of 2012 by DBusiness Magazine, Detroit’s premier business publication.

The recognition comes from a confidential poll conducted by DBusiness Magazine of more than 18,000 Michigan lawyers in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Livingston counties recognizing attorneys in 50 legal specialties.

Joumana Kayrouz, president of Joumana Kayrouz P.L.L.C. of Southfield, Michigan, was cited for her services in the legal specialty of automobile accidents.

“I am honored by this recognition from my industry colleagues and by DBusiness Magazine,” Kayrouz said.

“I strive to provide the best legal representation for our clients in accident related cases. This recognition shows we are doing our job professionally and effectively.”
Editors at DBusiness Magazine noted that lawyers were asked to nominate up to three attorneys among 50 legal specialties with special weight given to lawyers chosen by
attorneys working at firms other than their own.
Kayrouz joined other DBusiness Magazine honorees at an invitation-only reception held Monday (Jan. 7) at Tre Monti Ristorante in Troy, Michigan.

Ms. Kayrouz also received the prestigious 2012 American Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC) “Economic Bridge Builder of the Year Award” at their 20th Annual Banquet celebration.

She was named a “Presenting Sponsor” honored during the 50th Anniversary gala of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In 2010 Ms. Kayrouz received the Trailblazer Award from the Lebanese American Club of Michigan (LACOM) during their 15th Annual dinner for her achievements in the legal field and for being an outstanding member of the Lebanese-American community and a pioneer in the Michigan legal industry.
