Bodman Attorney nominated as 2013 BTI Client Service All-Star

BTI Consulting, a leading provider of strategic research to law firms and general counsel, has announced the nomination of Bodman PLC attorney Alan N. Harris as a "BTI Client Service All-Star" for 2013.
The BTI Client Service All-Stars include attorneys nominated by clients in an objective, independent study for their exceptional client service. Harris, who practices in Bodman's Ann Arbor office, is one of only 307 attorneys nationwide to be nominated for the All-Star designation this year.
Harris primarily assists clients in matters involving intellectual property law, including both dispute resolution and transactional work in the areas of copyright, trademark, technology transfer, trade secret, computer law, and Internet law.
Harris is one of the founding masters of the Detroit IP American Inn of Court. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2013 under litigation-intellectual property, litigation-patent, and trademark law, and in Michigan Super Lawyers 2007-2012 under intellectual property.
He is also listed as a ''future star'' in Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America's Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys 2013, and as a 2012 Top Lawyer by DBusiness magazine. Harris serves as president of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor. He founded the Pro Bono Legal Clinic of the Women's Center of Southeastern Michigan and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Bodman is one of Michigan's largest business law firms with more than 150 lawyers in four Michigan offices in Detroit, Troy, Ann Arbor, and Cheboygan, and an affiliate office in Dallas, Texas.
