Two Ann Arbor attorneys named Chambers USA "key individuals"

Two Ann Arbor attorneys have been recognized as "key individuals" in the "2013 Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business."
Honigman attorneys Barbara A. Kaye and David N. Parsigian are two of the six Honigman attorneys honored for their work in corporate/M&A. Twenty-two of the firm's attorneys were honored in total.
Regarding Honigman's Corporate/M&A practice, Chambers noted: "This group is singled out as Michigan's market-leading corporate practice, and is highly recommended across a broad spectrum of transactional and regulatory specialties."
Also for the sixth consecutive year, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is the only Michigan law firm to receive the highest ranking for its corporate /M&A and real estate practices.
The Chambers USA Rankings measure the strengths of law firms and attorneys by state based on research as well as confidential interviews with attorneys and their clients and thorough research. For more information, go to http:// www.chambersandpartners.com/USA/.
