Firm hosts ABA women's event

 Butzel Long’s Women’s Leadership Committee was the Michigan host for the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Woman Advocate Committee’s Regional Networking brown bag lunch program on Thursday, July 18, at the firm’s offices in Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, and Detroit.  All female attorneys were invited to attend the program to discuss gender issues in the profession.

The program featured a special telephonic address from attorney Nan E. Joesten, an executive coach and consultant and the founder of Rapid Evolution LLC, a consulting firm devoted to accelerating professional development. The topic for her presentation was titled, “Don’t Just Survive, Thrive! – Five Steps for Making Your Law Practice A Place Where You Thrive.”
