The Diversity in the Legal Profession Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association participated in Patriot Week by hosting a panel discussion on “Immigration—To Reform or Not to Reform? and How and Why.”
The discussion took place Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Among those taking part in the program were (left to right) N. Peter Antone of Antone, Casagrande, & Adwers PC; and Lawrence Garcia of Garcia Law Group PLLC.
The panelists explored the current state of immigration law, the practical effects of reform, immigrants’ rights, Constitutional Law, and other issues.
