OFF THE PRESS

A new book from the American Bar Association provides both young and veteran attorneys a toolkit of best practices to help improve their practice of the law.
"The Practice Skills Toolkit" represents a forum for sharing viewpoints of successful practitioners on three of the most basic areas of the practice of law: ethics, discovery and alternative dispute resolution. The book is intended to serve as a primer for young lawyers and a refresher for the more seasoned ones.
Hundreds of articles were reviewed in putting together this toolkit, and the published works were chosen by younger attorneys on the basis of being most useful and practical. "The Practice Skills Toolkit" was published by the ABA Section of Litigation in conjunction with First Chair Press.
"The Practice Skills Toolkit" published by the Section of Litigation, First Chair Press costs $69.95.
