Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel forms Strategic Marketing Agreement with Talmer Bank and Trust

Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel (CBWM) recently announced that a marketing agreement has been signed with Talmer Bank and Trust.
This strategic arrangement opens up more opportunities for Talmer Bank and Trust to provide mortgage services to clients of CBWM across all of its offices in Southeast Michigan and in West/Mid-Michigan.
"After a comprehensive and exhaustive search for a dependable mortgage partner, we decided on Talmer Bank and Trust because it is a local bank that shares the very same core values and commitment to the community as we do," according to Kelly Sweeney, CEO of CBWM.
"We are happy to be selected as the marketing partner of CBWM," said Patrick Ervin, executive managing director at Talmer Bank and Trust. "Both companies come from a similar grass-root background. Being a Michigan homegrown financial institution, Talmer believes strongly in providing exceptional experiences for our clients."
CBWM is one of the top residential real estate companies in Michigan, with more than 500 employees, and 16 offices, covering relocation, new homes, property management, luxury estates and commercial properties.
Headquartered in Troy, Talmer Bancorp Inc. is the holding company for Talmer Bank and Trust and First Place Bank. Talmer has 77 banking centers and 11 loan production offices in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Maryland. With its acquisition of First Place Bank at the beginning of 2013, Talmer Bancorp now has more than $4.7 billion of total assets.
