The Oakland County Circuit and Probate Courts will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24-25, for the Christmas holiday and on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan.1, for the New Year’s holiday.

All offices of the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan will be CLOSED on Wednesday, Dec. 25, for the Christmas holiday and on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan.1, for the New Year’s holiday. The Michigan Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and the State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 24-25, for the Christmas holiday and on Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 31-Jan.1, for the New Year’s holiday.
The Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and SCAO will be open on Thursday, Dec. 26; Friday, Dec. 27; and Monday, Dec. 30.
