Attorney Jason G. Bulbuk recently joined Plunkett Cooney as a member of the firm's Tort & Litigation Practice Group.
A member of the Bloomfield Hills office, Bulbuk focuses his litigation practice on claims related to food service and hospitality law, retail liability and municipal law. Admitted to practice in Michigan, Bulbuk is a member of the Oakland County and Federal bar associations as well as the State Bar of Michigan.
Prior to joining Plunkett Cooney, Bulbuk participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program, a 12-week assignment that provides hands on experience to law school students. He also worked as a summer law clerk for the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps in West Point, New York.
Bulbuk received his law degree in 2013 from Pepperdine University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2009.
In addition, attorney Erin L. Stafford recently joined the Professional Liability Practice Group of Plunkett Cooney.
An attorney in the firm's Bloomfield Hills office, Stafford focuses her practice in the area of professional liability with an emphasis on claims against attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and real estate professionals.
Stafford defends clients in legal malpractice actions with various types of underlying cases, including collections, bankruptcy, failing to detect fraud, Michigan No-Fault Law, medical malpractice, real estate law, probate law and banking law.
A graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2013, Stafford worked as a teaching assistant for legal writing for the law school.
Prior to joining the firm, Stafford participated in Plunkett Cooney's Summer Associate Program. She also interned for U.S. District Court Judge Marianne O. Battani, Eastern District of Michigan.
Stafford is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cunningham and Patel are two of nine Warner Norcross attorneys to be named partner. The new partners practice in a variety of areas, from estate and tax planning to general litigation and corporate law. They serve clients across the state and around the world from the law firm's offices in Southfield, Macomb County, Grand Rapids, and Lansing.
Cunningham concentrates his practice in commercial loan transactions, commercial mortgage-backed securities, complex corporate transactions and securities laws. Cunningham is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Macomb County Bar Association. He practices in the firm's Macomb County office.
He earned an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and a law degre from University of Michigan Law School.

Bolton is a member of the firm's Creditor's Rights, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and General Litigation Practice Groups.
