Seminar series offers insights for new attorneys
The "OCBABCs of Practice" is a free seminar series designed by the Oakland County Bar Association for attorneys recently admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan.
At each session, participants will have the opportunity to hear from distinguished guest speakers on a variety of topics and get valuable insights and tips for starting their legal careers.
Seminar topics and dates include:
* Résumés, Interviews and Ethics--Thursday, Feb. 13.
* You Have a Law Degree, Now What?--Thursday, Feb. 20.
* Hanging Out Your Own Shingle--Thursday, Feb. 27.
All seminars will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center, 1760, Suite 100, in Bloomfield Hills.
