Legal Aid and Defender to host annual charity golf outing, June 20

 Legal Aid and Defender Association Inc. (LAD) will host its 16th annual charity golf outing on Friday, June 20, at the Links of Novi, 50395 W. 10 Mile Road, Novi.

The outing is open to the public. Continental breakfast is at 7:30 a.m., registration at 8, and the shotgun start at 8:30. Donations are $125 for single players and $400 for foursomes.  They include 18 holes of golf, continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner and awards ceremony at  3 p.m.

A variety of sponsorship and underwriting opportunities are available. Payments must be received no later than Thursday, June 12.

Net proceeds from the outing will help LAD provide legal services to low-income residents in metropolitan Detroit.
