Comerica Hatch Detroit Contest accepting entries

DETROIT (AP) - The 2014 Comerica Hatch Detroit Contest is accepting entries and the annual effort has added the Detroit Lions as a presenting sponsor. Comerica Bank provides the $50,000 prize along with in-kind support. The winner gets legal, marketing, advertising, accounting and other help. Organizers say they're seeking savvy entrepreneurs and business-minded individuals to submit ideas. This year, the Detroit Lions are providing financial other support to Hatch Detroit participants who have followed through on a business plan laid out during the contest but need further assistance.
