Forum focuses on modern day PIP

 The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) presented a “Modern Day PIP and Provider Claims Evening Forum” for its MAJ plaintiff members only on Tuesday, June 24, at the Westin Southfield.  

Among those taking part in the forum were (left to right) Stephen Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, &?McIntyre PC who discussed “Medical Providers and the Reasonable Charge Requirement Under MCL 500.3107(1)(a)”; Heather Antip of Antip &?Associates PLLC who covered “Relationship Between Plaintiff Attorney and Provider”; Wayne Miller of Miller &?Tischler PC who examined “Provider’s Right to Direct Action”; and moderator David Christensen of Christensen Law.  

“We have three of the lawyers who pioneered the area teaching us about the changes in the law tonight,” Christensen said.
