Last day to register for Oakland County's annual land sale
Today is the last day to register for the upcoming Oakland County annual land sale.
On Aug. 18, 19, and 20, the County Treasurer's Office will host its annual land sale of tax foreclosed properties. Unlike previous years, there is no same day registration to be a bidder at the auction. Individuals must be registered by 5 p.m. today at the Oakland County Treasurer's Office, 1200 N. Telegraph in Pontiac.
The list of available properties can be found at www.oakgov.com/treasurer.
"Please remember to register for the land sale by Friday, August 15th," said Oakland County Treasurer Andy Meisner. "We are seeing more and more evidence of a sustained turnaround in our real estate market. Let's keep Oakland County real estate in high demand!"
