New ABA book is a must-have for lawyers

The legal landscape has changed drastically over the last decade and the ABA’s recently released book “The Law of Truth in Lending,” provides comprehensive coverage of the subject since the first book “Truth in Lending” was published in 2000.

Edited by Alvin C. Harrell, a professor of law at Oklahoma City University School of Law since 1972 — and published by ABA Business Law Section, “The Law of Truth in Lending” advises practitioners on the scope and explains the issues when considering matters of Truth in Lending (TIL) compliance, disclosure, remediation and enforcement. With nearly 50 authors contributing their expertise, the book covers the TIL law through 2013, describing the current state of the law and its evolution .
“The Law of Truth in Lending” is a valuable and useful resource for business lawyers and corporate and financial service executives.
