CYBERSPACE SIGHTING: Firm launches new Fosterfashion blog
Foster Swift attorney Deanna Swisher recently launched a new blog addressing law and legal developments affecting the fashion industry. The Fosterfashion blog was designed as a resource for fashion designers, manufacturers, exporters, importers and retailers.
"As an attorney who regularly counsels designers and others in the industry, I see the common challenges they face," Swisher said.
"Our goal is to share useful general information and provide commentary that will help those in the fashion industry identify risks and avoid disputes."
Deanna leads Fosterfashion, the firm's fashion & design law team. She continued her legal education at the Fashion Law Institute offered by Fordham University School of Law in New York City.
Subscribers will receive practical information on the latest in fashion law and also Deanna's personal views on the intersection of fashion and culture in hopes of provoking a laugh, thoughtful discussion or both.
Anyone interested in learning more about legal issues that arise in the fashion industry can subscribe to the blog for the latest fashion law information, tips and best practices at www.fosterfashion.net.
