Nominations for ICBA's 2015 'Top 5 Under 35' award due January 5

Nominations are due by Jan. 5, 2015, for the Top 5 Under 35 Award that recognizes young lawyers who have distinguished themselves in their relatively short career.
Only current members of the Ingham County Bar Association may nominate individuals for the award. To submit nominations, complete the recently emailed nomination form and return it to ICBA, P.O. Box 66 Grand Ledge MI 48837, or email the following information, referencing ICBA Top 5 Under 35 Nomination, to info@inghambar.org.
Nominees must be in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, be a member of the ICBA or have a residence or office in Ingham, Eaton, or Clinton County; and be 35 years old or younger or have practiced for five years or less. Nominees will be evaluated on professional excellence, service to the profession and the bar; service to the community; and reputation for or the advancement of the highest legal standards and professional responsibility.
Nomination forms and supporting materials must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015.
The ICBA Awards Committee will select the 2015 Top 5 Under 35 Award recipients, who will receive a plaque at the Sixth Annual Barristers Night on Thursday, March 20, 2015.
