Oakland County Circuit and Probate Courts announce 2015 changes
Oakland County Circuit Court Chief Judge Nanci Grant and Probate Court Chief Judge Elizabeth Pezzetti announce the following changes to the Family Division of the Circuit Court and Probate Court:
Courtroom changes-
Judge Pezzetti will be located in courtroom 2E beginning December 22, 2014. All contact numbers for Judge Pezzetti and her staff will remain the same.
Judge-Elect Lisa Langton will be located in courtroom W2 as of January 1, 2015. Clerk assistance for the docket that will be assigned to Judge-Elect Langton will be available in the chambers of courtroom W2 beginning December 29, 2014. The telephone number for Judge-Elect Langton and her staff will be 248-858-1704 and the fax number will be 248-452-9979.
Docket changes-
Judge-Elect Langton will be assigned a new family division docket. Her docket will be created by the random reassignment of cases from the other family division judges as well as new Friend of the Court referee teams. Beginning on December 29, 2014, attorneys and litigants may go on Court Explorer to determine if their domestic cases have been reassigned to another judge or a new FOC referee team. Court Explorer can be viewed on the County website at https://oakgov.com/courtexplorer. If you need to schedule a motion or cannot find your case in Court Explorer, please use the ePraecipe application available at https://epraecipe.g2gcloud.com/oaklandcounty which will automatically confirm your judge reassignment by case number or contact the Oakland County Clerk's Office during normal business hours.
