Koffler joins Miller Canfield
Lawyer Ian Koffler has joined Miller Canfield as senior counsel in the Public Law Group in the Lansing office. He brings 10 years of experience as a bond attorney representing a variety of governmental issuers of municipal debt obligations.
In addition, he routinely represents underwriters, banks, leasing companies and other institutions purchasing municipal debt obligations. He also has experience assisting private sector clients in pursing tax-exempt conduit financings issued by local government.
Koffler is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Kentucky Bar Association.
He received his J.D. and Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky and his B.A. from the University of Richmond.
