Attorney Rasul Raheem (far right) of Bank of America recently attended the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section’s Corporate Counsel Conference in Naples, Florida. On Friday, February 27, he moderated a Signature Panel discussion titled “A View From The Top: In-House Counsel Breakout Luncheon.”  On the panel with Raheem  were (left to right) Chad Walker, assistant U.S. general counsel for McDonald’s Corporation; Michele Coleman Mayes, general counsel of the New York Public Library; and Ronald Hall Jr., general counsel of Bridgewater Interiors.  The section chair is attorney Vickie E. Turner (second from right) of San Diego.  The panel discussed in-house counsel best practices and critical issues facing in-house corporate legal departments.
