The Bankruptcy Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, hosted a “Rapid Fire Round Table”?event on Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Westin Hotel in Southfield. The program featured a panel of local experts and judges on both business and consumer topics. Among those taking part in the program were (left to right) Mark Shapiro of Steinberg, Shapiro, & Clark; Paul Randel of Office of the United States Trustee; Susan Cook of Lambert Lesser PLC; moderator Charles Bullock of Stevenson & Bullock PLC; U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Marci McIvor; and Chapter 7 trustee David Ruskin. “It’s an open forum for practitioners to have basically any of the questions that they have about bankruptcy answered by a panel of experts,”?Bullock noted.
