Intersection of divorce and probate law to be explored at seminar

The Oakland County Bar Association Family Law and Probate, Estate, and Trust Committees will present “Bridging a Gap:?The Intersection of Divorce and Probate Law”?on Thursday, March 3, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center, 1760 S. Telegraph, Suite 100, in Bloomfield Hills.

This seminar will enhance one’s ability to spot and address issues that may arise in the enforcement of rights and obligations post-mortem.  In addition, the seminar will address capacity issues that may require special attention during proceedings in relation to domestic relations matters.

Speaking at the seminar will be Sandra D. Glazier of Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer, &?Garin PC; and Anthea E. Papista of Papista &?Papista PLC.

Pre-registration fees are $30 for OCBA members; $20 for OCBA new lawyers, paralegals, and students; $40 for all non-members.  Cost at the door is $40 for OCBA members and $50 for all non-members.
