The automotive industry is in the midst of a technological evolution—taking the connected and autonomous vehicle from concept to reality. Along with innovation, however, comes a lot of unchartered territory. The Butzel Long Connected Car Symposium navigated some of that territory by presenting expert insight. The symposium, in partnership with the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) and DBusiness, took place on Thursday, Feb. 18, at the M@dison Building in Detroit. Presenting at the symposium were (left to right) Butzel Long’s Jennifer Dukarski, Bill Panagos, and Justin Klimko; Dan Hearsch of Alix Partners; Claudia Rast of Butzel Long; Brian Daugherty of OESA and the Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association; Alan Wagner of MB Tech AKKA Group; Greg Krueger of HNTB; McConnell Trapp of Speed Trapp Consulting; and Stephen Goodman of Butzel Long.
