State Bar section presents Diversity Luncheon

State Bar of Michigan Labor and Employment Law Section will host its Diversity Luncheon Series on Tuesday, July 19, beginning at noon at Miller Canfield’s Detroit Office, 150 W Jefferson Ave., #2500.

The Labor and Employment Law Section invites its members to participate in a facilitated discussion titled “When You’re the Only One . . . What It’s Like to Be the Only Minority Lawyer at Your Firm/in Court/in the Boardroom.” 

The luncheon will feature presenters Randall Brown, president of the Wolverine Bar Foundation; Fatina Abdrabboh, ADC Michigan director, American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee; and Robin Wagner, law clerk to the U.S. District Court Judge Judith Levy, Eastern District of Michigan.

Cost for the luncheon is $10 per person.  To register, section members can email  murawski@salvatoreprescott.com. Pay at the door or send checks in advance (payable to the State Bar of Michigan) to Jennifer Salvatore at Salvatore Prescott, PLLC, 105 E Main St, Northville, 48167.
