Clark Hill PLC announces a suite of forward thinking product and service offerings to clients. HR/Advantage, powered by Clark Hill, is a suite of interactive tools, along with online and face-to-face resources, to better connect human resource professionals to fast-changing trends in employment and benefits law, helping to shape their legal and business strategies.
"After talking to clients across the country, we learned that in the current business environment, HR departments need more than just legal work to keep up with changes in laws and regulations. So, we invested in technology and utilized the experience of our Labor & Employment attorneys to deliver products and services that offer a wide range of options to address their most common challenges," said Paul Boehms, Clark Hill Practice Group Leader. "This is the first time a full-service firm like ours has brought additional capabilities like this to clients."
HR/Advantage offerings include:
- Compliance Toolkits to assist with adherence to FLSA, FMLA and other regulations.
- A full catalog of in-person or online training for employees and/or HR management.
- E-Learning via an online portal, with participation via desktop computers or mobile devices.
- Resources such as common documents, so clients do not have to create them from scratch.
"With a predictable fee structure, we will be able to meet clients' individual needs and deliver our attorneys and professionals' expertise in new ways," added Boehms. "With mobile technology, clients will be able to access Clark Hill knowledge anywhere and anytime, regardless of office location."
