Hailey Kimball (center), a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, was sworn in as a new attorney on Friday, Oct. 21, during a special ceremony in the Oakland County Courthouse. Circuit Court Judges Wendy Potts and James Alexander administered the oath to Kimball, who graduated from Onaway High School in 2009 as valedictorian and class president, earning full-tuition academic scholarships for both her undergraduate and law school studies. A summa cum laude graduate of Saginaw Valley State University in 2013 with a bachelor of arts in political science, Kimball is an associate with Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer, & Weiss, working in the firm’s litigation practice group. On hand for the ceremony were Kimball’s parents, Jackie and Rocky, and her brother, Dylan.
