The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) and the Oakland County Medical Society (OCMS) will present a conference designed to bring together both doctors and lawyers to address the opportunities and challenges presented by today’s medical technology.
“The Power of Technology in the Physician Practice” will take place Friday, March 31, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Bloomfield Open Hunt Club. The conference is intended for physicians interested in optimizing their practice through technology and the attorneys and other legal professionals who advise them on key legal factors relating to its use.
The conference includes a distinguished lineup of speakers from the health care, legal and technology fields. They will address topics ranging from electronic health records, tele-health and cyber-security to updates on the use of technology at the Oakland County Health Division and current medical/legal topics.
Registration for the conference is $40 per person or $50 at the door. Visit www.ocms-mi.org to register or to find more information on the program.
The Bloomfield Open Hunt Club is located at 405 E. Long Lake Rd.
