WLAM Mid-Michigan and the Ingham County Bar Association-Young Lawyers Section will co-host a free fitness class at 1 p.m., April 8, at Pure Barre, 3544 Meridian Crossing Drive, Suite 160, Okemos.
Pure Barre is a low-impact workout for adults and is suitable for various fitness levels.
This 55-minute fitness class, taught by ICBA-YLS President Jackie Dupler, is free, but donations will be collected for End Violent Encounters (EVE).
Equipment is provided. Wear workout attires, including socks and workout capris or pants, no shorts.
