Prosecutors to share experiences at law school's speaker series

Four Wayne State University Law School alumni will speak about their work as prosecutors Tuesday, April 4, as part of Wayne Law’s Alumni Speakers Series.

The event will be held from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in Lecture Hall 2242 of Wayne Law’s Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights, 471 W. Palmer St. Lunch will be provided.

Featured alumni will be:

• Dianna Collins, class of 1998, assistant prosecutor, Washtenaw County

• Jessica R. Cooper, class of 1973, prosecutor, Oakland County

• Brian Morrow, class of 1986, deputy chief, Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office Juvenile Division

• Lora Weingarden, class of 1985, assistant prosecutor, Wayne County

Assistant Professor Blanche Cook will moderate the discussion.

The event is free, but registration is required. Register at law.wayne.edu/alumnispeakers2017. Parking is available for $7.50 (credit and debit cards only) in Parking Structure No. 1 across West Palmer Street from the law school.
