Women in IP Networking Event celebrates decade

To support and foster the growth of women in the intellectual property (IP) field, Brooks Kushman recently hosted the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) 2017 Women in IP Global Networking Event for Southeast Michigan. Marking the sixth year that Brooks Kushman has served as host, the event took place May 4 at Cork Wine Pub, and included a wine tasting, as well as a champagne toast to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the program. The AIPLA Women in IP Law Committee works to facilitate the practice of IP law by women through educational events, networking, and mentoring.
