The Technology Committee and Labor & Employment Law Committee of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present "Whose Data Is It Anyway? The Role of Personal Data Infrastructure in Company Legal Matters" on Friday, June 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Detroit Room at the Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.
This lunch hour seminar will feature a team of legal and technology experts, including Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A. Stafford who will discuss the intersection of personal and company data in litigation. Topics will cover recent case law, privacy implications, the application of proportionality, and tips for managing expectations and costs.
