Michigan Supreme Court to hear first case of 2017-2018 on Oct. 11

For its first case of the 2017-2018 term, the Michigan Supreme Court will hear oral argument in case #150643 People of MI v Boban Temelkoski on Tuesday, Oct. 11, beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the old Supreme Court courtroom on the third floor of the State Capitol in Lansing.
 
The court’s long-standing tradition is to hear the first case of each new term in the old Supreme Court courtroom located on the 3rd floor of the State Capitol. 

The other 10 cases will be argued in the Supreme Court courtroom on the sixth floor of the Hall of Justice, 925 W. Ottawa Street in Lansing, beginning at approximately 11:15 a.m. and continuing on October 12.
