'Art of Private Investigation'

The Criminal Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association continued its Anatomy of a Criminal Case-2017 brown bag lunch lecture series with a look at “The Art of the Private Investigation: A Legal Perspective” on Tuesday, Sept. 19, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Criminal Law Committee Chair Emily Long (right), of Long Law PLLC, was pleased to present guest speaker OCBA President Gerald J. Gleeson II (right) of Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC. A private investigator can discover a wealth of information to help an attorney represent a client. Gleeson discussed what to ask for, understanding what is discovered, and how to enter that information into evidence.
