Fraser Trebilcock attorney Brian T. Gallagher was recently elected to serve on the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section Council that governs the Taxation Section and oversees committees relating to the practice of tax law, including the Employee Benefits Committee where Gallagher previously served as chair.
In his practice, Gallagher helps employers navigate the legal landscape of ERISA and the Tax Code. He was named one of the ‘10 Over the Next Ten’ by the Lansing Regional Chamber and Grand River Connection and one of the ‘Top 5 Under 35’ by the Ingham County Bar Association in 2013. He recently was selected as a ‘2017 Rising Star’ by Super Lawyers for Employee Benefits.
Very engaged in the Lansing community, Gallagher recently was selected to serve as co-chair of The Underground of Good, a grassroots philanthropic organization that supports local non-profits. He previously has served as a board member for the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, chair of the Highfields board, and as president of Grand River Connection.
